Harlem, NYC (Photography E.J White)

An artistic approach to the vast elements of truth that both illustrate the illusion of imagination and the honesty of one's physical surroundings. Inspired by the legendary works of Allen Ginsberg, Piet Mondrian, Miles Davis, Stokley Carmichael, Yves Saint Laurent, Andy Warhol and Keith Haring.

@artvomit represents a retrospective admiration to the past while forcing the boundaries forward into the future-through fashion, artwork, film and poetry.

I create from the bowels of my urges where my purges be but sin and truth and wealth in vigorous youth

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Oakland, CA, I am an artist, writer, dancer, actor, model and serious Beatles fan. I attended The Ailey School in Manhattan, NY after high school where I received professional training in Ballet, Modern(Horton/Graham), Jazz and Caribbean Dance. Upon my studies in Theatre Arts & Dance at both The University of Southern California and California State University, Los Angeles, I went on to study Media and Political Science at the Universitè Paul Cezanne-Aix Marseille III. While in Aix-en-Provence, France, I moved into a flat just a short walk away from the French painter's original home and studio, from which my school was given its name. It was during that of complete submersion in French art, food, music and society, I developed my signature style and adopted the name "Artvomit".

Currently living in Manhattan, New York, where I am an Art Director and Artist.
